The district of Moatize took a historic step on 3 October, when it hosted the laying of the foundation stone for the upgrading of the Moatize Health Centre into a District Hospital, as part of the Presidential initiative ‘One District - One Hospital’. The event, led by the President of the Republic of Mozambique, Filipe Nyusi, marks an important moment for improving the region's health infrastructure.
