Vulcan recognized as the best company to work for in Mozambique
Vulcan was distinguished in May as one of the best companies to work for in Mozambique. In total, 37 organizations were recognized, which stand out in the country for their excellence in the “Value Proposition to the Employee”, and Vulcan is also in the ranking of the TOP 10 of the best companies to work for in the country.
This recognition demonstrates the effort of all Vulcan employees, who contribute every day to make this company better and more sustainable.
The Elite Employer is an award given to companies whose human resources area acts strategically for the business, contributing to excellent practices in the workplace and, consequently, to the growth of Mozambique.
This is the second edition of Elite Employer, a Tempus Global Group program based on measurable data from the “National Survey of Benefits and Human Capital Management”. This is the largest benefits study ever carried out in Mozambique. The survey took place in September 2022 and involved the participation of 180 organizations.
