On 24 September, Vulcan took part in the Tete Provincial Job Fair, organised by the National Employment Institute (INEP – Tete Branch), in the city of Tete.

During the event, Vulcan mobilised its partner companies to present job opportunities, provided a platform for submitting unsolicited applications, and shared tips on how to write a good CV and how to conduct oneself in a job interview.

On that occasion, the INEP Provincial Delegate, Tomás dos Santos A. Vilanculos, and the Secretary of State for Tete Province, Cristina de Jesus Xavier Mafumo, thanked Vulcan for its support and contribution to the province’s development.

The company was also recognised as the Employer that recruited the most staff at the 2025 Provincial Job Fair, in recognition of its contribution to creating employment opportunities in the province.
