A Vulcan realizou, recentemente, o seu primeiro Fórum de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa de 2025, reunindo representantes do Governo, da sociedade civil e das comunidades. O evento teve como objectivo apresentar as principais acções desenvolvidas pela empresa em 2024, os impactos dessas iniciativas e os projectos previstos para este ano. O apoio à educação foi o tema central do fórum.

Vulcan has just reached a significant milestone by obtaining certification in the international standards ISO 9001:2018 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). The certification was awarded by Bureau Veritas and celebrated at an official event held at the Moatize Coal Mine.

The Secretary of State for Tete Province, Rolinho Farnela, visited Vulcan's operations in the second half of December to find out more about its activities and to follow up and get more details on the fire that occurred at Plant 2, the coal processing area.
