The Secretary of State in Tete Province, Cristina Mafumo, expressed satisfaction with the progress of the construction works of the new resettlement neighborhood in Nhamitsatsi, which is in its final phase. The project, budgeted at US$20 million, includes the construction of about 200 houses for an equal number of families, and is being carried out by Vulcan as part of the expansion of its operations in Moatize, which provides for the relocation of the communities of Ntchenga and Mpandwe.

Vulcan foi reconhecida durante a Feira de Emprego e Empreendedorismo realizada no dia 19 de setembro, na cidade de Tete, como a organização que recrutou o maior número de estagiários pré-profissionais em 2024.

Vulcan foi premiada com o 1º lugar na categoria Megaprojectos e nomeada Melhor Investidor no Setor de Minas e Energia em Moçambique, distinções recebidas no dia 25 de agosto durante a abertura oficial da 60ª edição da Feira Internacional de Maputo (FACIM 2025).
